What does it consist of?
Our technicians will evaluate your system and come up with a
maintenance plan according to the needs just for you.
A/C & Heating inspections (Indoor Units)
- 1.- Inspect of blower motor & assembly
- 2.- Check combustion blower motor and assembly
- 3.- Inspection for gas leaks in gas furnaces
- 4.- Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan & condensate lines
- 5.- Inspect heat exchanger or heating elements

6.- Inspect flue system for proper attachment to furnace,
dislocated sections or corrosion

7.- Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and
connections
- 8.- Clean or replace media filters (supplied by customer)

9.- Inspect conditioned airflow system (ductwork) for leaks
A/C & Heating inspections (Outdoor Units)
- 1.- Inspect unit for proper refrigerant level
- 2.- Clean dirt, leaves & debris from inside cabinet

3.- Inspect base pan for restricted drain openings & remove
obstructions as needed
- 4.- Inspect coil and cabinet, clean if is needed
- 5.- Inspect fan motor and fan blades for wear and damage

6.- Inspect control box, associated controls/accessories, wirnig
and connections
- 7.- Inspect compressor and associeated tubing for damage
